I Want a Green Thumb

I recently bought an aloe vera plant from

our local farmer's market and I hope

it stays alive! I heard they don't need to be

watered very much

and love the sun so I'm set.

Santa Cruz and Capitola Have Stolen My Heart

I took a lot of pictures on my trip! It was amazing. I've seemed to sort of grow

up there through the years what with staying at my grandpa's house

during the summer and running around

Seacliff Beach. I had a wonderful time and I didn't want to come home.

Hope everyone has been feeling well and enjoying their summers' tremendously.

Lovers Love and Liars Lie

I have recently been obsessed




with the 1920s flapper




age and fashion as you can tell.




Sorry for the lapse of time between each blog post




but I've been absolutely busy, frazzled and




simply tired what with




soccer, piano, my computer dying,




and many other things.  I came home from Santa Cruz with tons of 




pictures and no computer to upload them too but I promise




that soon you will get to see my lovely trip.

Off To Santa Cruz



I'm off to Santa Cruz on Wednesday to visit my grandfather

and the ocean. It's nearly a four hour drive, but I'll survive.

I'm planning on swimming in the ocean nearly

every single day I'm there. I can't wait. I might go kayaking

too. Maybe some relaxed shopping and tanning. It's

going to be a wonderful vacation.

Take a Walk Down Memory Lane

Everytime I watch

an old movie from

the 1950s and 1960s,

everyone seems to be

smoking.

It just seemed so glamorous in

those days and I just

had to write about it.

I'll be going to Sacramento

tomorrow and I just

can't wait. So much

to see and do.
